Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100, 10 μL labels 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): Acetone fixation is recommended for frozen sections. Western Blot: Non-reducing conditions only. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
