Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL. Detect human VEGF-C. The detection limit for rhVEGF-C is ~2.5 ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL Detection limit for rhVEGF-C is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry: 5-15 μg/mL.
