Indications d'application: Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), WB (2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western blot: 2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human Galectin-14 in cell or tissue extracts under non-reducing conditions only. Lysates were prepared from primary human eosinophils in non-reducing sample buffer, resolved by SDS-PAGE 10 μg total protein/lane), and transferred to an Blotting Buffer Blocking Solution Antibody Solution 25 mM Tris,  pH 7.4 5 % nonfat dry milk 5 % nonfat dry milk 0.15 M NaCl in Blotting Buffer in Blotting Buffer 0.05 % Tween 20. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human Galectin-14. The detection limit for rhGalectin-14 is approximately 3 ng/well.
