Usage: Suitable for use in Flow cytometry: 0.1 mg/mL. Add 10 μL of the diluted solution to 1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200 μL. The binding of biotinylated monoclonal antibodies may be visualized by adding 10 μL of a 25 μg/mL solution of a secondary developing reagent such as. Avidin-Carboxyfluorescein or Streptavidin-Phycoerythrin. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. - Commentaires
