Attributs du produit: This antibody recognizes a glycoprotein of ~200 kDa, identified as carbonic anhydrase IX (CAIX/gp200). Carbonic Anhydrases (CAs) are members of a large family of zinc metallo-enzymes that catalyze the reversible hydration of carbon dioxide. CAs are involved in a variety of biological processes, including respiration, calcification, acid-base balance, bone resorption and the formation of aqueous humor, cerebrospinal fluid, saliva and gastric juice. They show extensive diversity in distribution and in their subcellular localization. CA IX is specifically expressed in clear-cell renal carcinomas. Primary antibodies are available purified, or with a selection of fluorescent CF® dyes and other labels. CF® dyes offer exceptional brightness and photostability. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF®405S and CF®405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors.

Indications d'application: Immunohistology formalin-fixed 0.5-1 μg/mL

• Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer,  pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes
• Flow Cytometry 0.5-1 μg/million cells/0.1 mL
• Immunofluorescence 1-2 μg/mL
• Western blotting 0.5-1 μg/mL
• Optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined by user
