Western Blot: Preliminary experiments showed an approx 55 kDa band in Human Colon, Duodenum, Kidney and Liver lysates (calculated MW of 52.8 kDa according to NP_000448.3). Recommended concentration:0.3-1 μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.
