Usage: Suitable for Western Blot, Dot Blot, ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:25000-1:100000. Coat with 1 μg of Xanthine Oxidase in a standard capture ELISA for 30 minutes at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
