Indications d'application
- This antibody preparation has been pre-titrated and quality-tested for flow cytometry using an appropriate cell type. The antibody has been diluted for use at 5 μLper test, defined as the amount of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of approximately 100 uL. The number of cells within a sample should be determined empirically, but typically ranges between 1x10e5 to 1x10e8 cells.

Sujet
- The G28.5 antibody reacts with human CD40, a 45-48 kDa glycoprotein that is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily. CD40 is expressed on B cells, follicular dendritic cells, macrophages, endothelial cells, and fibroblasts. CD40 functions as a receptor for CD154 (CD40 ligand) and mediates a wide variety of immune and inflammatory responses including co-stimulation, B cell differentiation, isotype class switching, and germinal center formation.
