Attributs du produit
- CENP-A (Centromere Protein A) is a Histone H3-like variant which exclusively replaces conventional H3 in the nucleosome core of centromeric chromatin at the inner plate of the kinetochore. It is required for recruitment and assembly of kinetochore proteins, mitotic progression and chromosome segregation. Recently, phosphorylation of CENP-A on Ser16 and Ser18 was reported and found to be important for chromosome segregation during mitosis. CENP-A phospho Ser18 antibody (pAb) was raised in a Rabbit host. It has been validated for use in Dot blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence and Western blot, it has been shown to react with Human samples, but it is predicted that it will react with a wide range of sample types.
