Attributs du produit
- N-Myc (MYCN) is a member of the Myc family of proto-oncogenes. Myc family members play crucial roles in regulating cell proliferation, size and differentiation. N-Myc is required for proper development of the nervous system. Myc family proteins can induce malignant transformation inappropriately modulating gene transcription, leading to unchecked cell proliferation. Misexpression of N-Myc is often associated with pediatric neural cancers such as neuroblastoma, medulloblastoma and retinoblastoma. N-Myc antibody (pAb) was raised in a Rabbit host. It has been validated for use in ChIP-Seq and Western blot, it has been shown to react with Human samples.
