ZEB1 induces an epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) by recruiting SMARCA4/BRG1. ZEB1 positively regulates neuronal differentiation and it represses RCOR1 transcription activation during neurogenesis. Defects in ZEB1 are the cause of posterior polymorphous corneal dystrophy type 3 (PPCD3). ZEB1 antibody (pAb) was raised in a Rabbit host. It has been validated for use in Immunoprecipitation and Western blot, it has been shown to react with Human samples.
