Indications d'application: This antibody is specific for murine CD27, and has been used to assess the distribution of CD27 expression using IF, FC and IP analysis (Gravstein, 1995). Upon cross-linking, this antibody has been shown to induce a 4-fold increase in T cell proliferation in response to suboptimal stimulation with concanavalin A (Gravestein, 1995), indicating that this antibody is able to mimic ligand binding.

This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Hamster IgG format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
