Immunogène: Goats were immunized with highly purified bovine serum albumin (BSA) and the resulting antiserum was collected. Antibody was immunoaffinity purified off a BSA containing immunosorbent and conjugated with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). Antibody concentration was determined using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG. FITC/Protein Ratio = 3.0 - 6.0.

Indications d'application: This antibody will react with BSA as determined by ELISA and IEP techniques. It is suitable for blotting, ELISA and IF applications. This antibody may cross react with albumin from other species. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.
