- Sujet
- Background: MEKK2 is a serine-threonine kinase and activator of kinases in the MAP kinase signaling pathway. MAPKs are activated through the kinase cascade of MAPK, MAPK kinase (MAPKK), and MAPKK kinase (MAPKKK). MEK2 is also known as MAPKKK2 (mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 2). MEKK2 regulates the JNK and ERK5 activation.
