Sujet
- Background: JHDM1A is a member of the JHDM1 histone demethylase family that contains JmjC domains and regulates transcription. It is also a member of the F-box family of proteins which are components of the SKP1-cullin-F-box (SCF) ubiquitin-protein ligase complex. In addition to the JmjC and F-box domains, JHDM1A also contains a CXXC-type zinc-finger, a PHD-type zinc-finger, and 3 LRR (leucine-rich) repeats.
