-
Autre désignation
- UCH-L3
-
Sujet
- Background: Ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase isoenzyme 3 (UCH-L3) is a deubiquitinating enzyme (DUB) and thiol protease that recognizes and hydrolyzes a peptide bond at the C-terminal glycine of either ubiquitin or NEDD8. UCH-L3 deubiquitinates ENAC in apical compartments, thereby regulating apical membrane recycling [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) P15374].
