Attributs du produit
- The clone C-1A12, a mouse monoclonal antibody recognizes a 100 kDa protein that has neutral metalloendopeptidase activity and inactivates a variety of biologically active peptides known as CD10. CD10 is type II transmembrane glycoprotein and a common acute lymphocytic leukemia antigen that is an important cell surface marker in the diagnosis of human acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL). The protein is present on leukemic cells of pre-B phenotype, which represent 85 % of cases of ALL. CD10 plays important role in the development process of B cells the in germinal center. This protein is not restricted to leukemic cells. Normal, healthy precursors of B and T cells and granulocytes also express CD10.
