Indications d'application
- The specificity of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis. The kinetic parameters of human CTLA-4 protein binding to the antibody were measured and they resulted to be at the sub-nm level. The antitumor activity of the humanized antibody was demonstrated in vivo in animal models. It was proved that the antibody inhibited the tumor in a dose-dependent manner. Mouse PD-1 antibody was combined with the antibody and used to evaluate the toxicity to mice, these experiments compared with the use of Ipilimumab in combination with PD-1 antibody. Results showed that after 5E3 antibody was used in combination with PD-1 antibody, the immunity to the body and the toxicity of heart, liver and lung are significantly lower than the toxicity of Ipilimumab in combination with PD-1 antibody (CN110343180).
