Attributs du produit: This antibody recognizes a protein of 30 kDa, identified as CD70. It is a cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. This cytokine is a ligand for TNFRSF27/CD27. It is a surface antigen on activated, but not on resting, T- and B-lymphocytes. It induces proliferation of co-stimulated T cells, enhances the generation of cytolytic T cells, and contributes to T cell activation. This cytokine is also reported to play a role in regulating B-cell activation, cytotoxic function of natural killer cells, and immunoglobulin synthesis.Primary antibodies are available purified, or with a selection of fluorescent CF® Dyes and other labels. CF® Dyes offer exceptional brightness and photostability. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF®405S and CF®405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors.

Indications d'application: For coating for ELISA, order Ab without BSA. Higher concentration may be required for direct detection using primary antibody conjugates than for indirect detection with secondary antibody. Optimal dilution and staining procedure for a specific application should be determined by user. Recommended starting concentrations for titration are 1-2 μg/mL for most applications, or 1 μg/million cells/100 μLfor flow cytometry
