Attributs du produit: The 10A7 antibody binds to the TIGIT protein (WUCAM, Vstm3 or VSIG9), a novel immune checkpoint receptor with inhibitory function. TIGIT is expressed on T cells and natural killer (NK) cells, and several human cancers, including melanoma, NSCLC, and colorectal cancer. Similar to PD-1, the TIGIT receptor limits antitumor immune response in cancer.
