    MIB2 (Mindbomb 2) is a RING-type E3 ubiquitin ligase that regulates membrane protein turnover and signal transduction, most notably within the Notch pathway. By catalyzing ubiquitination of Delta-like ligands, MIB2 promotes their endocytosis and activation competence, ensuring proper receptor engagement and downstream transcriptional responses.
