Ingrédients:

• Pre-coated 96-well Microplate
• Wash Buffer
• Ligand Protein
• Detection Antibody
• HRP-Conjugated Anti-IgG
• TMB One-Step Substrate Reagent
• Stop Solution
• Assay Diluent

Matériel non inclus:

• Distilled or deionized water
• 100 mL and 1 liter graduated cylinders
• Tubes to prepare sample dilutions
• Precision pipettes to deliver 2 μL to 1 mL volumes
• Adjustable 1-25 mL pipettes for reagent preparation
• Benchtop rocker or shaker
• Microplate reader capable of measuring absorbance at 450 nm

Information d'application

Plaque: Pre-coated

Protocole: Prepare all reagents and test reagent samples as instructed.
Add 100 µL test reagent samples to each well. Incubate 2.5 hours at room temperature or overnight at 4°C.
Add 100 µL the prepared Detection Antibody solution to each well. Incubate 1 hour.
Add 100 µL the prepared HRP Conjugated Anti-IgG solution to each well. Incubate 1 hour.
Add 100 µL the prepared HRP Conjugated Anti-IgG solution to each well. Incubate 1 hour.
Add 50 µL Stop Solution directly to each well. Read at 450 nm immediately.
