Attributs du produit
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-LMNB1 antibody (Catalog #: ARP46137_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
Each Investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Lamin B1 (LMNB1)
Sujet
LAMNB1 encodes for one of the two B type proteins of the nuclear lamina, B1. The Vertebrate lamins consist of two types, A and B. The nuclear lamina consists of a two-dimensional matrix of proteins located next to the inner nuclear membrane. The lamin family of proteins make up the matrix and are highly conserved in evolution. During mitosis, the lamina matrix is reversibly disassembled as the lamin proteins are phosphorylated. Lamin proteins are thought to be involved in nuclear stability, chromatin structure and gene expression. The nuclear lamina consists of a two-dimensional matrix of proteins located next to the inner nuclear membrane.
