Sujet
- Common gamma chain Interleukin (IL)-2, IL-4, IL-7, IL-9 and IL-15 belong to a family of cytokines whose receptors share the common gamma chain (gamma c). Despite some redundancy, thesecytokines that signal through the gamma c (gamma c cytokines) have essentially distinct and oftencritical effects in normal T-cell development, survival, proliferation and differentiation. Importantly, they have also been implicated, directly or indirectly, in T-cell leukemogenesis.
