Sequence Position: Optimized DNA sequence encoding Human WISP1 mature chain including a C-terminal 6xHis tag was expressed in E. Coli. Recombinant Human WNT1-inducible-signaling pathway protein 1 encodes amino acid residues 23-367.

Biological Activity Comment: Determined by the dose-dependant proliferation of the MCF-7 cell line. The expected ED50 for this effect is 1.0-3.0 μg/ml.

Stockage commentaire: The lyophilized protein is stable for at least 2 years from date of receipt at -20°C. Upon reconstitution, this product can be stored in working aliquots at 2°- 8°C for one month, or at -20°C for six months, with a carrier protein without detectable loss of activity.
