Réactivité croisée (Details): Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum, Human IgG and Human Serum.  No reaction was observed against Human IgM or Human IgA.   Specificity was confirmed by ELISA minimal cross reactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.

Immunoglobulin A (IgA) is an antibody that plays a critical role in mucosal immunity. IgA has two subclasses (IgA1 and IgA2) and can exist in a dimeric form called secretory IgA (sIgA). Secondary Antibodies are available in a variety of formats and conjugate types.
