Suitable for Immunomicroscopy and Flow Cytometry or FACS analysis as well as otherantibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended Dilutions: FLISA: 1/10,000-1/50,000. IF Microscopy: 1/1,000-1/5,000. Flow Cytometry: 17500-1/2,500.
Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. - Commentaires

- Restore with 1.0 mL of deionized water (or equivalent).

Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.

- Stockage commentaire
- Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50 % and then aliquot contents and freeze at -28 °C or below. This antibody is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid.
