Indications d'application: Approved: ELISA (1:5000 - 1:25000), IHC (1:500 - 1:1500), WB (1:500 - 1:3000)

Usage: Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-anti body based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
