Immunogène Synthetic peptide corresponding to 202-216 amino acid sequence of Human mb-1. Spleen cells from immunised Balb/c mice were fused with cells of the Sp2/0 myeloma cellline. Genename: CD79a
Clone HM57
Isotype IgG1
Specificité This antibody recognizes an epitope within the cytoplasmic domain of CD79a. CD79a, also known as mb-1, is a 45 kDa protein that is expressed by B lymphocytes during differentiation from early pre-B cell stage through to plasma cells.
Attributs du produit Synonyms: IGA, MB1, B-Cell marker, B-cell antigen receptor complex-associated protein alpha-chain,MB-1 membrane glycoprotein, Surface IgM-associated protein, Membrane-boundimmunoglobulin-associated protein
Purification Affinity Chromatography on Protein G
Autre désignation CD79a (CD79A Antibody Extrait)
Sujet The CD79a molecule associates with CD79b (B29) to form a heterodimer that is non-covalently linked to surface immunoglobulin, forming the B-cell receptor (BCR) complex. The CD79a/CD79b heterodimers are also necessary for intracellular signalling following antigen-binding to surface immunoglobulin.Synonyms: B-Cell marker, B-cell antigen receptor complex-associated protein alpha-chain, IGA, MB-1 membrane glycoprotein, MB1, Membrane-bound immunoglobulin-associated protein, Surface IgM-associated protein
ID gène 973
UniProt P11912
Domaine de recherche Stem Cells, Hematopoietic Progenitors, Adaptive Immunity, CD Antigens, Surface Receptors of Immune Cells
Indications d'application Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections. Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections: 1/100-1/500, This product requires antigenretrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for this purpose. Recommended Positive Control: Human tonsilFlow Cytometry: Use 10 μL of 1/50-1/100 diluted CD79a antibody to label 1x10^6 cells in 100μL (Membrane permeabilisation is required). Has been reported to work in Western blot.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
