Specificité: The antibody detects endogenous level of p27Kip1 only when phosphorylated at threonine 187.

Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removedby chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorrylation site.

Immunogène: Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pThr187 (E-Q-T (p) -P-K) derived from Human p27Kip1. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.
