Specificité: Reacts only with human tPA from uterine tissue. No reactivity with human high molecular weight urokinase. Identity established by double diffusion with tPA from human uterine tissue and CHO derived recombinant tPA. No other proteins so far tested show gt1 crossreaction.

Indications d'application: Activity inhibition characterisation especially coupled with fibrin autoradiography and RIA. Also immunoprecipitation, immunocytochemistry with frozen or paraffinfixed specimens, Western blotting, ELISA and FACS. Titre: 1/100 to 1/10000 depending on application.
