Indications d'application: Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity ofhuman MIP-3 alpha (100 ng/mL), a concentration of 15.0 - 18.0g/mL of this antibody isrequired. ELISA: To detect MIP-3 alpha by direct ELISA (using 100l/well antibody solution) aconcentration of at least 0.5 μg/mL of this antibody is required. This antibody allows thedetection of 0.2 - 0.4 ng/well of recombinant MIP-3 alpha. Western Blot: This antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL The detectionlimit for recombinant MIP-3 alpha is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing ornon-reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry on frozen (use 1 μg/mL) and paraffin embedded tissues.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
