Indications d'application: Neutralization: To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity ofhSCF (10 ng/mL), a concentration of 8 - 12 ng/mL of this antibody is required. ELISA: To detect hSCF by direct ELISA (using 100 l/well antibody solution) a concentrationof at least 0.5 μg/mL of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, inconjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of 0.2 - 0.4 ng/wellof recombinant hSCF. Western Blot: To detect hSCF by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at aconcentration of 0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagentsthe detection limit for recombinant hSCF is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing ornon-reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry: 1 μg/mL is the recommended starting dilution for frozen andparaffin sections. For paraffin sections antigen retrieval techniques may be necesserary toimprove staining.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Reconstitution: Restore in sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.
