Indications d'application: ELISADirect: To detect Murine RANTES by Direct ELISA (using 100 μL/well antibody solution) aconcentration of approx. 1.0 μg/mL of this antibody is required. This Biotinylated polyclonalpurified antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detectionof 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant Murine RANTES. Sandwich: To detect Murine RANTES by Sandwich ELISA (using 100 μL/well antibodysolution) a concentration of 0.25-1.0 μg/mL of this antibody is required. This Biotinylatedpolyclonal antibody, in conjunction with Anti Murine RANTES (PP1081P1 or PP1081P2) as acapture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinantmRANTES. Western BlotTo detect Murine RANTES by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at aconcentration of 0.1-0.2 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagentsthe detection limit for recombinant mRANTES is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing ornon-reducing conditions.

Recombinant RANTES protein induces a dose-dependent inhibition of different strains of HIV 1, HIV 2, and simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV).
