Indications d'application: ELISA. Immunoprecipitation. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. (Does not work on paraffin sections). Flow cytometry (1:50 - 1:100): use 10 μL of diluted antibody to label 1x10^6 cells or 100 μL whole blood. This product is routinely tested in flow cytometry on human peripheral blood lymphocytes.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
