Specificité: This antibody recognises the human CD44 cell surface antigen and is routinely tested in flow cytometry on human peripheral blood lymphocytes.

Purification: Affinity Chromatography on Protein G.

Immunogène: Human T lymphocytes. Spleen cells of immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells from the mouse NS1 myeloma line.

Indications d'application: Suitable for Flow cytometry (Use 10 μL of neat antibody to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL). Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections (1/50-1/100) and Frozen sections. Positive Control: human tonsil.
