Cet anticorps anti-ABCB4 Monoclonal Souris (Clone P3II-26) (ABIN187326) détecte spécifiquement ABCB4 dans WB, IF et IHC (fro).
L’anticorps est réactif avec des échantillons de Humain.
P3II26 reacts with an internal epitope of MDR3 P-gp. P3II-26 does not cross-react with the human MDR1 p-Glycoprotein. Species Reactivity: Human and guinea pig. Others not tested.

Indications d'application
Western blotting: The Mab is reactive in Western blots. Immunocytochemistry: Use at a dilution of 1:20-50 on acetone fixed cytospin preparations. Immunohistochemistry: Use 1:20 on acetone fixed frozen sections can be followed by incubation with rabbit anti-mouse IgG and a monoclonal mouse APAAP complex. P3II-26 does not work very well on formaldehyde-fixed paraffin-embedded human tissues. Flow Cytometry: Optimal conditions still to be defined. The optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined by the researcher.
