Specificité: Monoclonal antibody WM53 reacts with CD33, a 67 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein (immunoglobulin superfamily) expressed on myeloid progenitors, monocytes, granulocytes, dendritic cells and mast cells, it is absent on platelets, lymphocytes, erythrocytes and hematopoietic stem cells.

Indications d'application: Approved: Flo

Usage: The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis of human blood cells using 4 μL reagent / 100 μL of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
