Épitope: pTyr693

Specificité: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site. STAT4 (phospho-Tyr693) antibody detects endogenous levels of STAT4 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 693.

Purification: Immunoaffinity chromatography.

Immunogène: The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human STAT4 around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 693 (K-G-YP-V-P).
