Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Shh C-terminal peptide. The detection limit for rmShh C-terminal peptide is approximately 1 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse Shh C-terminal peptide. The detection limit for recombinant mouse Shh C-terminal peptide is approximately 0.5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions.
