Specificité: Recognizes Pax-2 protein and does not cross-react with other Pax family members. The major epitopes are located between aa204-373 of mouse Pax-2. Two proteins are detected in mouse embryonic kidney lysates with this antibody: a major band at 46kD (Pax-2b) and a minor band at 48kD (Pax-2a).
