Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunocytochemistry. Proteins were visualized by using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 4 μg immunoprecipitated cyclin E from 500 μg of human A431 RIPA cell lysate as confirmed by Western blot analysis of the immunoprecipitate using rabbit polyclonal anti-cyclin E. Immunocytochemistry: 10 μg/mL detected cyclin E in 50 % ethanol/50 % acetic acid-fixed human A431 cells.
