Indications d'application: Approved: IP, WB

Usage: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Immunoprecipitation: 5 μL. Use 25 μL of Protein A-agarose beads and 1 mL of lysate (lysate contains approximately 1 mg of total protein). Rotate mixture overnight at 4?C and then wash 3x with lysis buffer. Dissolve the resulting bead complex in 20-30 μL of 3xSDS-PAGE sample buffer and load ~15 μL per lane on an 8 % polyacrylamide gel. Positive control: Human prostate cell lines (LNCap) or human breast cell line (MDA-453).
