- Specificité
- Recognizes a 34kD protein cdk1, identified as cdk1/p34cdc2 protein kinase (a catalytic subunit of Maturation Promoting Factor). Its epitope maps near the C-terminus of protein and its core is thought to be LGTPNNEV. It shows no cross-reaction with cdk2/p32 and other cyclin dependent kinases (cdks). Human, mouse, rat, chicken, Xenopus.
