  • Indications d'application
    Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), IHC, IP (1 - 10 μg/mL), WB (1:1000)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation and ELISA. Western Blot: 1:1000. Detected Dopamine Receptor D2 on 10 μg of human brain lysates. Immunohistochemistry (Paraformaldehyde fixed sections): 2-10 μg/mL. Immunoprecipitation: 1-10 μg/mL. Using 100-400 μg of protein. An antibody made to this epitope has been shown to immunoprecipitate both the long and short forms. ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL. Positive control: Monkey brain tissue, rat brain lysate.
