Usage: Immunofluorescence. Immunoprecipitation (Co-precipitates cdk4) (Use Protein G) (Ab 1-2 μg/mg protein lysate). Western Blot (Ab 1-2 μg/mL for 2hrs at RT). Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin) (Use Ab at 2-4 μg/mL for 30 min at RT) ** (Staining of formalin/paraffin tissues is requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer,  pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.). Positive control: HeLa cells. Tonsil. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
