  • Indications d'application

Western blot. Flow cytometry: 1/500 - 1/2000, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6cells in 100 μL (Membrane permeabilisation is required for this application, we recommendthe use of Leukoperm). Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections (requires antigen retrieval using heattreatment prior to staining, Sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended). Does not work in ELISA.
    Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

    Interferon gamma (IFNG)

    Autre désignation

    IFNG / Interferon gamma

    Sujet

Interferon gamma is mainly produced by T lymphocytes and NK cells. It is a pleiotropic cytokine involved in the regulation of nearly all phases of immune and inflammatory responses, including the activation, growth and differentiation of T cell, B cells, macrophages, NK cells and other cell types such as endothelial cells and fibroblasts. It has weak antiviral and antiproliferative activity, and poteniates the antiviral and anti tumor effects of IFN alpha / beta (type I interferon). It is upregulated by IL2, FGF basic, EGF and downregulated by vitamin D3 or DMN. Labile at pH 2.Synonyms: IFN-gamma, gamma IFN
