L’anticorps anti-ITGAL Monoclonal produit chez le Souris a été validé pour FACS. Il convient pour la détection de ITGAL dans des échantillons provenant de Porc, Boeuf (Vache) et Mouton.
}
This antibody is specific for the porcine CD11a cell surface antigen, which is expressed on a range of cells including peripheral blood mononuclear cells, monocytes, granulocytes and alveolar macrophages. Clone BL1H8 is reported to inhibit Con-A driven T-cell proliferation and the mixed lymphocyte reaction (1).

Sujet
CD11a is a member of the integrin family of cell adhesion molecules. It is a glycoprotein expressed in combination with the CD18 beta chain. The complex is a member of the beta 2 integrin family. These molecules function in cell adhesion and specifically bind to CD54, ICAM2, ICAM3. CD11a is expressed on thymocytes, T and B lymphocytes, granulocytes, monocytes, and macrophages.Synonyms: CD11 antigen-like family member A, Integrin alpha-L, LFA-1, LFA1, Leukocyte adhesion glycoprotein LFA-1 alpha chain, Leukocyte function-associated molecule 1 alpha chain
