Specificité: This antibody is specific for the porcine CD11a cell surface antigen, which is expressed on a range of cells including peripheral blood mononuclear cells, monocytes, granulocytes and alveolar macrophages. Clone BL1H8 is reported to inhibit Con-A driven T-cell proliferation and the mixed lymphocyte reaction (1).

Indications d'application: Flow Cytometry: Use 10 μL of neat antibody to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Functional Assays: Removal of Sodium Azide is recommended prior to use.
