- Sujet
- CD86 is a 70kD cell surface protein expressed by activated B cells and monocytes. CD86 is also known as B7-2 and is the second ligand for CD28 and CTLA-4. It may have an important role in costimulation of T cells in the primary immune response.Synonyms: Activation B7-2 antigen, B7.2, B70, BU63, CD28LG2, CTLA-4 counter-receptor B7.2, FUN-1, T-lymphocyte activation antigen CD86
